Higher DownTimes and slower Customer Support!?
Since last couple of days I am experiencing difficulties with UnderHost. And I am not happy about it at all.
Yesterday my site was down for two hours and customer support response was slow. Today I am experiencing the similar problem. My site is down again for more than 30 minutes and no response from customer support.
Having site downtime is bad for Google rankings and certanly you aren't respecting your 99.9% uptime policy.
For 10$ that is way overpriced. I am feeling like a retard at the momment, because I know I can get more value for my money on other places.
I am not someone who will likely change the host, but I hope that in immediate future fix your service, and retain one happy customer, which I was so far.
